Refund policy

The Nature of Hand-Dyed Art (Handmade Disclaimer): Because each piece is individually hand-dyed in our studio, no two items are exactly alike. Variations in color, pattern placement, and dye saturation are a natural, celebrated part of the artistic process. These unique characteristics mean your textile is a one-of-a-kind piece of functional art, and these natural variations are not considered defective or damaged.
Returns & Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. However, please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your order.
Starting a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at studio@kilodeltadesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
